2. Resumen

No usamos cookies ni publicidad. Solo contamos las visitas de forma anónima y sin cookies.
Las demos están pensadas para datos de ejemplo: no escribas datos personales reales, ni tuyos ni de terceros.
Lo que escribes en una demo se guarda en una hoja temporal y se borra al terminar o, como máximo, tras 30 minutos sin actividad.
En la demo de facturas puedes subir una factura de prueba. Solo se envía si marcas la casilla que confirma que no contiene datos personales; la lee la IA y el archivo no se guarda.

3. Qué datos se tratan, para qué y con qué base

Navegación

La web se aloja en Cloudflare Pages. Para servirla y protegerla frente a abusos, Cloudflare trata datos técnicos como tu dirección IP y tu navegador. Base legal: interés legítimo en ofrecer una web segura (art. 6.1.f RGPD).

Tu navegador guarda en su almacenamiento local (localStorage) el idioma elegido y qué tutoriales has visto. Esa información no sale de tu dispositivo, no te identifica y es necesaria para el funcionamiento que pides, por lo que no requiere consentimiento (art. 22.2 LSSI). Puedes borrarla desde los ajustes de tu navegador.

Mientras usas una demo, tu navegador guarda además en su almacenamiento de sesión (sessionStorage) lo que ha generado la IA, para que siga ahí si cambias de sección o recargas la página. Se borra al cerrar el navegador y caduca a los 30 minutos sin actividad.

Las fuentes tipográficas se sirven desde esta misma web: no se hacen peticiones a Google Fonts.

Para saber cuántas visitas recibe la web y de dónde llegan, se usa Cloudflare Web Analytics. Cuenta las visitas de forma agregada: no usa cookies, no guarda nada en tu dispositivo, no te identifica y no te sigue por otras webs. Base legal: interés legítimo en conocer el uso de la web (art. 6.1.f RGPD).

Demos en directo

Cuando usas una demo, lo que escribes o eliges se envía a un programa de Google Apps Script y se guarda en una pestaña temporal de una hoja de Google Sheets del responsable. Para generar las respuestas, esos textos se envían a la API de inteligencia artificial Google Gemini. En la demo Call Copilot, la web que indicas se consulta además con Google Search. Las facturas de ejemplo de la demo de facturas son inventadas.

Factura que subes

En la demo de facturas puedes subir un PDF o una imagen (máximo 4 MB). Antes de enviarlo se te explica qué ocurrirá y debes marcar una casilla confirmando que no contiene datos personales. El archivo se envía a la API de Google Gemini únicamente para extraer los datos de la factura (proveedor, fecha, importes…); no se guarda ni en la hoja ni en ningún otro sitio. En tu pestaña temporal solo se escribe la fila extraída, que se borra con el resto de la sesión.

Base legal: tu consentimiento, que das al marcar la casilla (art. 6.1.a RGPD). Puedes retirarlo en cualquier momento pulsando «Terminar y borrar mis datos».

Finalidad: mostrarte cómo funcionan las automatizaciones. Base legal: tu solicitud al usar la demo y el interés legítimo en ofrecer demostraciones de los servicios (art. 6.1.b y 6.1.f RGPD).

Importante: la API de Gemini se usa con las condiciones gratuitas de Google, según las cuales Google puede utilizar el contenido enviado para mejorar sus productos, y revisores humanos pueden leerlo. Por eso es imprescindible que no introduzcas datos personales, confidenciales ni sensibles.

Se aplican límites de uso por sesión y diarios para evitar abusos. No se toman decisiones automatizadas que produzcan efectos jurídicos sobre ti.

Contacto por correo

Si escribes al email de contacto, tus datos se usan para responderte y, si lo pides, preparar una propuesta. Base legal: aplicación de medidas precontractuales a petición tuya (art. 6.1.b RGPD).

El diagnóstico de la sección de contacto se calcula en tu navegador. Solo sale de él si decides enviármelo: desde la propia web o abriendo tu correo con el mensaje ya escrito.

Si lo envías desde la web, tu nombre, tu email, tus respuestas y tu comentario se mandan a un programa de Google Apps Script que me los reenvía por correo y los anota en mi hoja privada de seguimiento de contactos (Google Sheets), para poder responderte y llevar la conversación. No se usan para nada más ni se ceden a nadie. Base legal: aplicación de medidas precontractuales a petición tuya (art. 6.1.b RGPD). Para evitar abusos, hay un límite diario de envíos.

4. Conservación

Datos de las demos: se borran al pulsar «Terminar y borrar mis datos» o, automáticamente, tras 30 minutos sin actividad. Un proceso revisa y elimina las pestañas caducadas cada 10 minutos.
Registros técnicos de Cloudflare y de Google: durante los plazos que fijan sus propias condiciones.
Correos de contacto y su anotación en la hoja de seguimiento: mientras dure la conversación y, como máximo, un año después del último contacto, salvo que se inicie una relación profesional.

5. Destinatarios y transferencias internacionales

No se ceden datos a terceros salvo obligación legal. Intervienen como proveedores:

Google (Google Workspace / Apps Script / Sheets / Gmail, API de Gemini y Google Search).
Cloudflare, Inc. (alojamiento de la web y estadísticas de visitas).

Ambas empresas pueden tratar datos en Estados Unidos. Están adheridas al Marco de Privacidad de Datos UE-EE.UU. y ofrecen cláusulas contractuales tipo aprobadas por la Comisión Europea.

6. Tus derechos

Puedes ejercer tus derechos de acceso, rectificación, supresión, oposición, limitación del tratamiento y portabilidad escribiendo a rbdevapps@gmail.com. Si consideras que no se han atendido correctamente, puedes reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).

7. Menores

Esta web y sus demos están dirigidas a mayores de 18 años, la edad mínima que exigen las condiciones de la API de Google Gemini. Si eres menor de edad, no uses las demos ni nos envíes datos.

No cookies or advertising. Visits are only counted anonymously, without cookies.
The demos are meant for sample data: do not enter real personal data, yours or anyone else's.
What you type in a demo is saved to a temporary sheet and deleted when you finish or, at most, after 30 minutes of inactivity.
In the invoice demo you can upload a test invoice. It is only sent if you tick the box confirming it contains no personal data; the AI reads it and the file is not stored.

3. What data is processed, why and on what basis

Browsing

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. To serve it and protect it from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser. Legal basis: legitimate interest in providing a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Your browser keeps your chosen language and which tutorials you have seen in its local storage. This never leaves your device, does not identify you and is strictly necessary for the function you request, so no consent is required. You can clear it in your browser settings.

While you use a demo, your browser also keeps what the AI generated in its session storage, so it is still there if you switch sections or reload the page. It is cleared when you close the browser and expires after 30 minutes of inactivity.

Fonts are served from this website: no requests are made to Google Fonts.

To know how many visits the site gets and where they come from, Cloudflare Web Analytics is used. It counts visits in aggregate: it uses no cookies, stores nothing on your device, does not identify you and does not track you across other websites. Legal basis: legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Live demos

When you use a demo, what you type or select is sent to a Google Apps Script program and stored in a temporary tab of a Google Sheets file owned by the controller. To generate answers, that text is sent to Google's Gemini AI API. In the Call Copilot demo, the website you enter is also looked up with Google Search. The sample invoices in the invoice demo are fictional.

Invoice you upload

In the invoice demo you can upload a PDF or an image (4 MB max). Before it is sent, you are told what will happen and must tick a box confirming it contains no personal data. The file is sent to Google's Gemini API only to extract the invoice data (supplier, date, amounts…); it is not stored in the sheet or anywhere else. Only the extracted row is written to your temporary tab, and it is deleted with the rest of the session.

Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time by pressing "Finish and delete my data".

Purpose: to show you how the automations work. Legal basis: your request when using the demo and the legitimate interest in demonstrating the services (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Important: the Gemini API is used under Google's free terms, under which Google may use the submitted content to improve its products and human reviewers may read it. That is why you must not enter personal, confidential or sensitive data.

Per-session and daily usage limits apply to prevent abuse. No automated decisions with legal effects are made about you.

Email contact

If you write to the contact email, your data is used to reply and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

The check-up in the contact section is calculated in your browser. It only leaves it if you choose to send it to me: from the website itself or by opening your email with the message already written.

If you send it from the website, your name, email, answers and comment are passed to a Google Apps Script program that forwards them to me by email and records them in my private contact-tracking sheet (Google Sheets), so I can reply and keep track of the conversation. They are not used for anything else or shared with anyone. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). A daily sending limit applies to prevent abuse.

4. Retention

Demo data: deleted when you press "Finish and delete my data" or automatically after 30 minutes of inactivity. A process checks for and removes expired tabs every 10 minutes.
Technical logs at Cloudflare and Google: for the periods set in their own terms.
Contact emails and their record in the tracking sheet: for the duration of the conversation and at most one year after the last contact, unless a professional relationship begins.

5. Recipients and international transfers

No data is disclosed to third parties unless required by law. The following providers are involved:

Google (Google Workspace / Apps Script / Sheets / Gmail, Gemini API and Google Search).
Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting and visit statistics).

Both may process data in the United States. They participate in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and offer standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to rbdevapps@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7. Minors

This website and its demos are intended for people aged 18 or over, the minimum age required by the Google Gemini API terms. If you are under 18, please do not use the demos or send us any data.
